988pk Terms & Conditions

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "988pk" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operated at 988pk.net and all associated sub-pages, services, and features available therein.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers with, or uses any portion of the 988pk platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User upon successful completion of the 988pk registration process.
• "PKR Balance" refers to the Pakistani Rupee funds held within a Player's 988pk account, comprising deposited funds, bonus credits, and any winnings credited thereto.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, or reload bonuses credited to a Player's account pursuant to an active 988pk promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before they may be withdrawn as real PKR balance.
• "Platform" refers collectively to the 988pk website, mobile-responsive interface, casino lobby, sportsbook, live dealer environment, and all associated tools and services.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the 988pk Platform is restricted by applicable law or by 988pk's own compliance policies.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the 988pk Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during a Player's active membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, as a private individual, and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of 988pk, nor a close family member or household member of any such person.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the 988pk Platform or any related service.

988pk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration & Security

Each Player is permitted to maintain one (1) 988pk account only. The registration of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts identified by 988pk may be closed without notice and any associated balances forfeited.

When registering your 988pk account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process.
• Maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update your account details if your circumstances change.
• Keep your password and any two-factor authentication credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your 988pk account, whether authorised by you or not, subject to your prompt reporting of any suspected unauthorised access.
• Notify 988pk support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 988pk Platform are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 988pk does not apply any platform-side conversion fees. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 988pk at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits.
• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, and Raast instant transfers.
• Deposits are credited to your PKR Balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 988pk is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or network outages.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method. 988pk reserves the right to request withdrawal to an alternative method where anti-money laundering obligations require it.
• The majority of JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
• Players must complete any applicable KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending document submission.
• 988pk charges zero platform fees on withdrawals. Any charges applied by the receiving payment provider are the Player's own responsibility.
• 988pk reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers, and casino game sessions placed through the 988pk Platform are subject to the specific game rules and sportsbook rules published within each respective game or market. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific game or market rules shall prevail for that game or market only.

• Bets are final once confirmed by the 988pk system. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming a wager.
• 988pk reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were published in error due to a manifest technical fault or data feed error. Players will be notified and the staked amount returned to their PKR Balance.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to system availability. 988pk does not guarantee continuous in-play market availability and may suspend live markets at any time at its discretion.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. 988pk does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) rates reflect the long-term statistical payout of each game and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
• Winnings are credited to the Player's PKR Balance automatically upon game or bet settlement. Settlement times for sportsbook events are subject to the official result confirmation process of the relevant governing body.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, 988pk's standard void policy applies: all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned, unless the event is completed within forty-eight (48) hours of its original scheduled start time.

Bonuses & Promotions

988pk offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant 988pk Promotion page, in addition to the following general bonus conditions:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real PKR balance. In most cases, real PKR balance is staked and settled before Bonus Funds are used, unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms.
• Wagering Requirements must be met in full before any portion of Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements and eligible games are specified on each individual promotion page.
• Bonus credits have an expiry period from the date of issue. Bonus Funds that remain unused or unwagered at the point of expiry will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• 988pk reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's account at the time of such change shall be honoured under the terms in force at the time of crediting.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value while meeting technical wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Players may opt out of bonuses at any time by contacting 988pk support before a bonus is credited. Once a bonus has been accepted and credited, the applicable wagering requirements immediately take effect and the bonus cannot be reversed.

Responsible Gaming

988pk takes its duty of care to Players seriously. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we are committed to providing tools and support to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the account settings dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds for defined periods. Once a loss limit is reached, no further bets or wagers may be placed until the limit period resets or the limit is increased following the applicable cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may activate session duration alerts that notify them when they have been logged in and active for a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of between twenty-four (24) hours and six (6) weeks. During a cool-off, the account is suspended and no access, deposits, or betting activity is permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion from the 988pk Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours and, once applied, are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

988pk is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We employ age verification procedures at registration and reserve the right to request identity documentation at any time. Underage gambling is illegal and we take every reasonable step to prevent it.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 988pk Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended, permanently closed, and any PKR Balance or pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity, a different name, or via a proxy or nominee.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point when information is requested by 988pk.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated tool to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting any bug, error, glitch, or technical vulnerability in the Platform. Any winnings derived from a technical error are not payable and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources or using the Platform as a mechanism to convert illicit funds into withdrawable PKR.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games, including live dealer tables, in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes with a payment provider without first raising the matter with 988pk support in good faith. Unjustified chargebacks constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and recovery action.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool to circumvent geographic restrictions imposed by 988pk or applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the 988pk Platform — including but not limited to the 988pk brand name, logo, domain name, website design, game interfaces, graphics, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 988pk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Player acquires any ownership rights in any content or material available on the Platform by virtue of their use of it.

Reproduction, redistribution, public display, modification, or commercial exploitation of any 988pk intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 988pk shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damages, however caused and whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform or any part thereof, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, third-party outages, force majeure events, or any other cause beyond 988pk's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from the Player's failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers, banking systems, or telecommunications infrastructure.
• Any gambling losses incurred on the Platform. By using 988pk, Players acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are a foreseeable and accepted outcome.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 988pk's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Suspension & Termination

988pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• 988pk has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct associated with the account.
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age or has provided false age information during registration.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require 988pk to restrict or terminate access.
• The Player's continued use of the Platform poses a risk to other players, the integrity of the Platform, or 988pk's legal standing.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money PKR Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirement) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method.

Amendments to These Terms

988pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 988pk will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the registered account address prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the 988pk Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any real-money balance.
